Founder, Creative Director

Born in Tokyo and spent early childhood in London. Graduated from Musashino Art University with a degree in Industrial, Interior and Craft Design. After gaining experience in hotel Procurement Agency(PA) duties at Ilya Corporation, worked on the development of fabric products at a major interior goods retail store in Japan. Subsequently, joined Plus Corporation, specialized in designing carpets and textiles for luxury hotels. In 2022, founded Public Crafts with a specific focus on Japanese crafts within the field of interior design, particularly for public spaces like hotels and restaurants. Our mission is to not only enhance surface aesthetics but also establish a production system aimed at preserving the inherent organic beauty of Japanese materials.

東京生まれ。幼少期をロンドンで過ごし、武蔵野美術大学工芸工業デザイン学科卒業。株式会社イリアにてホテルPA業務を経験、大手インテリア雑貨販売店にてファブリック商品の開発を手掛けた後、プラス株式会社にてラグジュアリーホテル向けのカーペットやテキスタイルデザインを行う。2022年Public Craftsを設立。
